Lai is a disciplined and hardworking architect with extensive technical knowledge and project management skills. Her long-term client relationships are testament to the success of the numerous projects she has delivered.
With over 15 years industry experience, Lai has a background in the hospitality sector and more recent experience in the education sector. In the last 10 years at Fulton Trotter Architects she has contributed to many of our significant education projects.
Lai has particular expertise in feasibility, master planning, and procuring funding for Catholic and independent schools. She is highly experienced at delivering multi-staged projects that maintain the original design vision established at the master plan phase.
