Senior Associate | Brisbane
Y E Ng is a registered architect and design researcher with over 18 years of experience in healthcare and aged care environments.
Her work bridges architecture, research and strategy—leading multidisciplinary teams across major public and private sector projects to improve health and care outcomes.
Y E works closely with health authorities and providers—including VHBA, Qld HIQ, HHS—to shape responsive, future-ready facilities. She also consults on care models, service planning, and facility briefs with mission-aligned organisations such as Bolton Clarke, UnitingCare, and Ozcare, and has presented her findings widely on the socio-cultural impact of design.
YE holds a doctorate in Architecture from the University of Queensland, where she explored how the built environment supports ageing and end-of-life care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in urban settings.
