Located in Coolangatta with spectacular views of the ocean, this office fit-out maximised the potential of the tenancy. The design pushed the common, shared zones to the perimeter of the space, making the most of the beautiful natural light and panoramic water vista.

The Business Centre fitout on Level 3, reflects Feros Cares’ mission and innovative approach to aged care services, providing a work environment that supports their business culture.
Logistically this project allowed our client to consolidate staff from multiple locations into a unified democratic, collaborative and vibrant single tenancy. The tenancy was located within a larger retail and residential facility and meant constructability, programming and landlord negotiations were vital to the successful outcome for all stakeholders.
A primary requirement was to provide a flexible plan that would accommodate growth whilst providing a variety of meeting spaces and work areas. Individual offices were avoided, in order to create an open, flexible and collaborative working environment.
The finishes, colours and materials respond to the Coolangatta beachside location while maintaining a modern, professional appearance. Communal staff areas were strategically positioned within the plan to take maximum advantage of the beach views and available natural light.
