Moss Learning currently offers two short courses for young design professionals-

Running in March- Our first fundamentals course GAP FILLER is aimed at addressing the steep learning curve in the years between graduation and registration. Intended to literally fill the gap on all the basic construction knowledge you need to know- materials, systems, and details- how they come together and how designers make detail decisions.

This is a carefully curated 12- week program of 24 construction topics covering typical residential construction, commercial construction systems and critical detailing, to step you through the most basic stuff the industry simply expects you to know.

Running in August- Our second course DELIVERY DRIVER is for those approaching project leadership, covering more advanced project management knowledge and techniques specific to the delivery of building projects.

Many young design disciplines experience gaps in their preparedness for managing clients, consultants, builders and their own team. This 12-week course provides practical tools and experience addressing client expectations on time, cost, quality and risk, project planning, engaging consultants, driving problem-solving, compliance and coordination, and a deep dive into Superintendent contract administration.
