Queensland

From the far west to the tropical north, Fulton Trotter Architects has worked extensively throughout regional Queensland since the firm’s beginnings in the 1940s. In fact, the first two projects that established the practice were hospitals for Aramac and Barcaldine.

Many other health, education, cultural, community, sporting and recreational projects have followed—crisscrossing the state, from Chinchilla to Mackay and Mt Isa to Rockhampton.

Our work in regional Queensland springs from our interest in different places, communities, landscapes and project types. We enjoy the unique challenges and opportunities that come with the territory.

We have a long history of travelling throughout regional Queensland. We spend time with local communities. We work closely with local councils. We provide a fresh perspective, quality service and dependable delivery.

Above all, we appreciate the role a building plays in the life and fabric of a place and its people.
